Spend time on the shop floor working alongside your team, driving sales, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Your Mission

• Delight and inspire customers with an exceptional retail experience, leveraging product knowledge and a touch of magic.
• Create a store environment that is fun, friendly, accessible, and inclusive, building a team of retail superheroes.
• Collaborate with other managers and regional teams to share best practices and foster growth.
• Drive sales and performance across all KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising.
• Be present on the shop floor, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
• Lead promotional changes and seasonal updates creatively.
• Master product placement, managing high SKU counts effectively.
