Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver operational excellence to maximise product availability, minimise stock and cash loss across the store
  2. Deliver exceptional standards and service
  3. Identify and implement improvements throughout the store
  4. Create the right culture through excellent leadership skills
  5. Provide clear direction to your direct reports
  6. Build a diverse and talented team supporting growth
  7. Regularly review individual performance, celebrate successes, and manage underperformance
  8. Ensure all processes and procedures comply with company policies
Requirements:

As the Retail Store Manager, you will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing management team
  • Substantial understanding of and up-to-date knowledge of commercial, visual, operational, and people processes and systems
  • Ability to use data and MI to identify opportunities for profit, visual improvements, and cost savings
  • Proven ability to plan and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities
  • Ability to perform under pressure with high resilience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to inspire and handle difficult conversations
