We have a Store Manager opportunity with an exciting multichannel retailer to be in charge of a high-profile store.

In the role of Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring delivery of excellent service and retail standards. You will own and deliver store objectives, including sales, inventory control, and customer service, while upholding company values and principles.

Key responsibilities include driving sales through planning and analysis, managing returns, complaints, and customer service issues positively, and participating in product launches and visual merchandising according to business guidelines. Maintaining visual standards aligned with the merchandising philosophy is also essential.

Applicants should be experienced Store Managers or Assistant Managers ready to step up, with a proactive attitude and some line management skills.
