We’re looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our retail team. This full-time Store Manager role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

As a Store Manager, you'll deliver the store's purpose by guiding commercial and community strategies. You'll lead your team to make shopping at Co-op a fantastic experience, helping them grow and learn to serve our customers, colleagues, and members effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Empowering your team to deliver great service and promote the Co-op difference.
  2. Building an inclusive culture where everyone can share their views.
  3. Developing your team through performance conversations.
  4. Ensuring the store is safe, legal, and operational.
  5. Managing and optimizing store performance, recruiting, and HR processes.

Requirements include experience in team guidance and development, working in busy, service-focused environments, and excellent communication skills. You should also possess resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze commercial data. Willingness to support store activities is essential.
