Job summary

Toolstation is seeking friendly, locally-based staff to join our store team in the North East. You will be the face of the store, help customers find what they need, and support deliveries, stock, and warehouse tasks. You should be able to handle early starts and late finishes, and enjoy a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder or supervising team members is advantageous.
• Retail experience is helpful but not essential.
• Strong customer service and reliability are important for this role.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as required.
• Assist customers and help them find products.
• Handle deliveries and stockroom tasks
• Keep shelves stocked and store area clean
• Provide a positive customer experience during busy periods.
