Aldi in Inverness is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to support daily store operations. You will help customers, stock shelves, and operate tills in a fast-paced environment. Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 10pm depending on store needs.

Flexible contracts between 10-30 hours per week, with 28 days of annual leave including bank holidays. Comprehensive training and ongoing development are provided to support your career at Aldi.

Formación

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Hardworking and comfortable being busy and on your feet.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most!
