Aldi Recruitment is seeking a friendly, dependable Retail Assistant to join our store team in the United Kingdom. You’ll deliver welcoming customer service, stock shelves, check product quality and operate tills with accuracy, helping create a seamless shopping experience.

Shifts are flexible, with contracts between 10-30 hours per week, and full training provided. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, supported by a team that values reliability, positive attitude and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Friendliness and willingness to support customers and team.
• Hardworking and able to stay on your feet during busy periods.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving store.
• Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most.
