Job summary

Toolstation is hiring a Store Apprentice in Borehamwood. This 20 hours per week role is designed for locals who can commute easily and handle early starts and late finishes as stores open from 7 AM to 8 PM.

You will earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, business operations and safety procedures, with support from your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required; willingness to learn.
• Commitment to completing coursework weekly.
• Support from Store Manager and apprenticeship coach.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised store and ensure safety procedures.
