Your Mission

• Continuously and passionately embody and communicate On's values and brand philosophy to customers
• Provide exceptional service to each and every customer in a proactive and positive way
• Be part of On's community activities and lead events in the future
• Work together with the Store Leader and team to achieve store targets and retail performance
• Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for On's store systems
• Create an inclusive experience by treating all customers with respect
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understand upcoming customer initiatives, and monitor what local competitors are doing
