Retail Stocktake Assistant

Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)*

Location: Leicester

*Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion. Free Transport. Immediate Start. Holiday Pay.

Retail Asset Solutions is looking to recruit Retail Stocktake Assistants to join our existing minibus teams.

The Company

The Role

• We are seeking Retail Stock Counters to join our successful team.
• Work will be performed at various retail customer sites and stores, with travel arrangements provided on a shift-by-shift basis via minibus.
• Your responsibility will be to ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• The role requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods; access equipment may be used occasionally to reach high stock.
• The typical working week comprises 3-4 shifts of 8-12 hours each.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Due to the nature of the work, you must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when needed. Applicants must be 18 or over.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work long shifts on large counts are essential.
• Being a quick learner is important as our technology and processes evolve.
• Experience handling stock is advantageous but not mandatory.
