Retail Stock Take Team Leader
Salary: £12.94 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.55ph + £1.39 holiday pay) + Enhancements
Location: Colchester
*Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion*Immediate Start*Holiday Pay*
As a stock taking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at our client's sites. The shifts vary, and flexibility is required. You will need to travel to different client sites daily and may occasionally stay away from home.
Working Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7-day pattern, with possible flexibility)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.
You will be expected to ensure the following within your team:
· Correct procedures and processes are followed
· Exceptional customer service standards are delivered at all sites
· Stock counts are completed accurately and on time
· Team productivity is monitored and improved where possible
Person Specification:
