The Role

• Join our successful team as a Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant.
• Work across various retail stores; travel may vary. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
• Work with a team led by a Manager or Store Management, maintaining high standards and working efficiently.
• Responsibilities include:
• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures.
• Reprofiling fixtures for optimal shopping experience.
• Transporting stock from warehouse to store.
• Supporting store replenishment needs.
• Shifts last 10-12 hours, including days and nights, primarily nights. Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform, accessible on your smartphone.
• Clock in and out using your smartphone through our RAS Dashboard.
• Travel may be required when local work isn't available; accommodation is provided if staying away from home.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Attention to detail.
• Physical fitness for manual handling and lifting.
• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Retail experience preferred but training provided.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability for unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
