We are offering Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant roles that provide flexible working patterns and involve working on high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets.

The Role

1. We are looking for several Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
2. Work will be in various retail stores; travel may vary daily. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
3. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
4. Your duties will include:

• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
• Transporting stock from warehouses to shop floors.
• Supporting store replenishment activities.

Shifts are typically 10-12 hours, including days and most nights. Shifts can be accepted via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you set your availability.

You will clock in/out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard. Travel may be involved when local work is unavailable, and accommodation will be provided if staying away from home is necessary.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Attention to detail.
• Basic fitness level for manual handling and lifting.
• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Retail experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
