£13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h)

Are you interested in retail? Looking for a role with high-profile projects for UK grocery supermarkets? We have Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant opportunities with flexible hours and varied daily tasks.

The Role
  • We are hiring several Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
  • Work in various retail stores; travel may vary per shift. Own vehicle is advantageous.
  • Work as part of a team led by a Manager or Store Management, maintaining high standards under time pressure.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.
    • Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
    • Transporting stock from warehouse to store floor.
    • Supporting store replenishment activities.
  • Shifts are 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are nights). Shifts are booked via our Field Power app, where you can set your availability.
  • Clock in/out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
  • Travel may be necessary when local work isn't available. Accommodation is provided when staying away from home is required.
Key Skills/Experience
  • Attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling.
  • Hardworking, able to work under pressure.
  • Retail experience preferred but training provided.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Availability for unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
