Job description

Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant

Location: NORWICH

Pay: £13.73 per hour (including holiday pay of £1.48, base rate £12.25)

Schedule: Shifts between 10-12 hours, days and nights. Most shifts are nights. Travel may be involved, and accommodation will be provided when necessary.

Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

  1. Work in retail stores, supporting high-profile projects for leading UK grocery supermarkets.
  2. Perform de-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, clean fixtures, and ensure products are shoppable.
  3. Transport stock from warehouse to shop floor and support store replenishment.
  4. Work as part of a team, following instructions from Team Managers or Store Management.
  5. Use your smartphone via the Field Power platform to set availability, accept shifts, and clock in/out.
  6. Travel between stores, with accommodation provided when staying away from home.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and general fitness for manual handling.
  • Hardworking with ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; training provided.
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
  • Must be 18 or older.

Additional Information:

Access to wages from 3 days after starting. The role offers flexible working patterns and involves traveling to various retail locations. Own vehicle is advantageous but not mandatory.
