Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets? We have Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant opportunities that offer flexible working patterns and a dynamic work environment.

The Role

• We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
• Work will be carried out in various retail stores; travel will vary per shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
• You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, requiring a fast-paced and high-quality standard of work.
• Responsibilities include:
• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
• Transporting stock from warehouse to shop floor.
• Supporting store replenishment activities.
• Shifts are typically 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are nights). Availability is managed via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
• Clocking in/out is done through your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Traveling may be required when local work isn't available; accommodation is provided when staying away from home.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• An eye for detail.
• Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Retail experience preferred but training is provided.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Availability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
