£13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h holiday pay)

Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets? We have Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant opportunities that offer flexible working patterns and a job where each day and week is different.

The Role
  1. We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
  2. Work will be carried out in various retail stores; travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
  3. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management. You need to work at a fast pace and meet high standards expected by our clients.
  4. Responsibilities include:
  • De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as required.
  • Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable for customers.
  • Transporting stock from the warehouse to the shop floor.
  • Supporting store replenishment activities.
  • Shifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are nights). Work availability can be set via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can accept shifts.
  • You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
  • Travel may be involved when local work is unavailable. Accommodation will be provided when staying away from home is necessary.
  • Key Skills and Experience
    • An eye for detail.
    • Good physical fitness for manual handling and lifting.
    • Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
    • Previous retail experience is preferred but training will be provided.
    • Problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.
    • Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18 or older.
