Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets? We have Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant opportunities that offer flexible working patterns and a dynamic work environment.

Role Overview

• We are seeking several Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
• Work will be conducted across various retail stores, with travel varying by shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
• You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, maintaining high standards and working efficiently.
• Responsibilities include:

- De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.

- Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.

- Transporting stock from warehouses to store floors.

- Supporting store replenishment activities.

• Shifts typically range from 10 to 12 hours, including days and nights, with most shifts during night hours. Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform accessible on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.

- Clocking in and out is done through your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.

- Travel may be required when local work isn't available. Accommodation is provided when staying away from home is necessary.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Attention to detail.
• Physical fitness for manual handling and lifting.
• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, with applicants aged 18 and over.
