Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant

Access to wages from 3 days • Immediate Start • Holiday Pay

£13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h holiday pay)

Location: FOLKESTONE

We have Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant opportunities that offer flexible working patterns and a job where each day and week is different.

This role is being handled by Retail & Asset Solutions (RAS). Multiple positions available.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our team.
• Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores; travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management. Maintain a fast pace and high standard expected by our clients.
• Duties include de-merchandising and re-merchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures where required, and repackaging as needed.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable for customers.
• Transporting stock from the warehouse to the shop floor and supporting store replenishment as necessary.
• Shifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most shifts are nights). Availability is managed via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
• Clock in/out using the RAS Dashboard on your smartphone.
• Traveling may be involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.

Requirements

• An eye for detail.
• General level of fitness; manual handling and lifting will be involved.
• Hard-working with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in retail is preferred, although training will be provided.
• Problem solving and a can-do attitude.
• Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
