The Role

• We are hiring several Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
• Work will be in various retail stores; travel may vary per shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
• You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, working at a fast pace to high standards.
• Responsibilities include:
• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
• Transporting stock from warehouse to store floor.
• Supporting store replenishment tasks.
• Shifts are typically 10-12 hours, days or nights (mostly nights). You can accept shifts via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
• You will clock in/out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Travel may be involved; accommodation is provided when staying away from home.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Attention to detail.
• Basic fitness for manual handling and lifting.
• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Retail experience preferred but training provided.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
