Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant

*Access to wages from 3 days* Immediate start, holiday pay included

£13.73 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay (breakdown: £12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)

Are you interested in retail? Looking for a role with high-profile projects for leading UK grocery supermarkets? We offer Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant positions with flexible hours and varied daily tasks.

The Role

• We are hiring several Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
• Work will take place across various retail stores; travel may vary per shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
• You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, maintaining high standards and working at a fast pace.
• Responsibilities include:

- De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.

- Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.

- Transporting stock from warehouse to store floor.

- Supporting store replenishment tasks.

• Shifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are night shifts). You can access shift opportunities via our Field Power app, where you set your availability and accept shifts.

• You will clock in and out using your smartphone through our RAS Dashboard.

• Travel may be required when local work isn't available; accommodation will be provided if staying away from home.

Key Skills/Experience

• Attention to detail.
• Good physical fitness for manual handling and lifting.
• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Retail experience preferred but training will be provided.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability for unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights; applicants must be 18+.
