Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant

Access to wages from 3 days* Immediate Start Holiday Pay

£13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h holiday pay)

The Role

• We are seeking several Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
• Work will be carried out across various retail stores with travel varying per shift. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
• You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, maintaining high standards and working efficiently.
• Your duties will include:
  • De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.
  • Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
  • Transporting stock from the warehouse to the shop floor.
  • Supporting store replenishment activities.

Shifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are night shifts). Availability can be set via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can accept shifts. Clocking in/out is also done through your smartphone using our RAS Dashboard. Travel may be involved when local work is unavailable, with accommodation provided if staying away from home is necessary.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Attention to detail.
• General fitness for manual handling and lifting.
• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous retail experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18 or over.
