We have Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant opportunities offering flexible working patterns, involving high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets. Each day and week can be different.

The Role

1. We are looking for several Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
2. Work will be in various retail stores; travel may vary per shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
3. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, maintaining high standards at a fast pace.
4. Responsibilities include:

• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
• Transporting stock from warehouse to shop floor.
• Supporting store replenishment as needed.

Shifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set availability and accept shifts.

You will clock in/out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.

Travel may be involved when local work isn't available; accommodation is provided when staying away from home.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Attention to detail
• Basic fitness for manual handling and lifting
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure
• Retail experience preferred but training provided
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights; applicants must be 18+
