£13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h)

The Role
  • We are hiring several Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
  • Work involves various retail stores; travel may vary per shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
  • You will work with a team led by a Manager or Store Management, maintaining high standards and working at a fast pace.
  • Responsibilities include:

- De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.

- Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.

- Transporting stock from warehouse to store.

- Supporting store replenishment activities.

  • Shifts last 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are night shifts). You can view and accept shifts via our Field Power app on your smartphone.
  • You will clock in/out using your smartphone through our RAS Dashboard.
  • Travel may be necessary when local work isn't available; accommodation is provided if needed.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good physical fitness for manual handling.
  • Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Retail experience preferred but training is provided.
