Job summary

NEXT is hiring for a part-time Store Operations role focused on fast-paced stock processing, packing and transfer within the store. You will also assist on the sales floor with customer service and maintain orderly stockrooms and displays.

The role offers flexible working options and opportunities to develop with the company from day one. You will work as part of a store team under Coordinators or Managers and participate in online assessments as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Process stock: locate, pack and transfer items in and out of store.
• Meet deadlines to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Keep shop floor and stockrooms clean, tidy and organised.
• Provide fast, friendly service across all store areas as needed.
• Work under supervision of Coordinators or Managers.
