Salary: £12.94 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.55ph + £1.39 holiday pay) + Enhancements

As a Stock Taking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at our client's sites. Shifts vary, and flexibility is required as you will travel to different sites daily and may stay away from home occasionally.

Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7-day pattern, with potential flexibility)

Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts

• Completing stock counts accurately and timely
• Monitoring and improving team productivity

Person Specification:

• A Full Driving License
• Effective communication skills with all levels of personnel
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to remain focused under pressure
• Effective time management and self-supervision
• Willingness and ability to travel

Training on our systems and client procedures will be provided.
