Job Type : Full-time, Hybrid (Remote 0.75 / Office 0.25)

Future Golf, Australia's largest and most vibrant golf community, is seeking a skilled Retail Campaign & Customer Retention Specialist to join their dynamic team. As they continue their growth trajectory, with ambitions to scale five-fold, this role will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to ensure customer loyalty and subscription renewals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail campaign planning and customer retention strategies, particularly within subscription-based models. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging campaigns, implementing retention tactics, and utilizing data-driven approaches to keep our golfing community thriving.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement comprehensive retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Develop engagement models to predict and prevent customer drop-off.
  • Create personalized retention campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior analysis.

Campaign Planning and Execution :

  • Plan and execute retail campaigns aligned with Future Golf's annual events calendar and promotions.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content that resonates with different customer segments.
  • Implement and optimize loyalty programs to incentivize long-term membership.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

  • Utilize advanced analytics to track retention metrics, identify trends, and inform strategy.
  • Create comprehensive reports on campaign performance and customer retention KPIs.
  • Conduct churn analysis to identify at-risk customers and develop targeted intervention strategies.

Customer Experience Enhancement :

  • Work cross-functionally to improve the overall customer journey and experience.
  • Implement surprise and delight initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop strategies for gathering and acting on customer feedback to continually improve our offering.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in retail campaign planning and customer retention (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and customer behavior modeling.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
