Our client is a well-respected supplier of lightside supplies selling to both trade and retail customers.

Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shop Supervisor to join their busy and successful branch. This is defacto the number 2 in command of the branch and our client are looking for someone with retail management experience either at Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shop/Branch Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the branch runs smoothly, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, you will be a key member of this 4 person team. You will be ensuring that the branch targets are met, that the shop is well stocked and looking in tip top condition. Additionally you will be dealing with both retail customers and regular spending account customers to ensure that the best level of customer service is provided.
