Overview

Our client are a well respected supplier of lightside supplies selling to both trade and retail customers. Ensuring the branch runs smoothly, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, you will be a key member of this 4 person team. You will be ensuring that the branch targets are met, that the shop is well stocked and looking in tip top condition. Additionally you will be dealing with both retail customers and regular spending account customers to ensure that the best level of customer service is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers face to face and over the phone
• Maintain shop stock levels and shop presentation in tip-top condition
• Provide high levels of customer service to both retail customers and regular spending account customers
