We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Retail Shop Assistant to join our Larkfield team. The role involves receiving, preparing, and sorting donations, with a focus on gift-aided items, supporting the shop's trading operations, and maximizing revenue from shoppers.
This position requires flexible working hours across a seven-day week, including some bank holidays, for 22.5 hours per week. The role involves working alongside and assisting volunteers, providing guidance, training, and prioritizing workload effectively.
Applicants should have previous experience in a customer-facing environment, good communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role involves moderate moving and handling, and candidates must be aged 18 or over for insurance purposes.
The advertised salary is subject to an increase in May.
