What you'll do:

  1. Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
  2. Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
  3. Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
  4. Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
  5. Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
  6. Give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store

  1. Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment
  2. The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
  3. Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to keep calm in any situation
