Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store team across day and night shifts. The role offers a 30-hour contract with pay ranging from £16.30 to £16.80 per hour, plus additional night-shift and bank holiday uplifts, and a competitive benefits package.

You will motivate staff, delegate tasks, and oversee store operations to deliver excellent customer experiences and support Lidl's high-performance culture.
