Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store, motivating the team and ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor. You will be responsible for maintaining Lidl's high standards and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95) with additional bank holiday and night-shift premiums, plus a comprehensive benefits package including holiday allowance, discount, pension, and long service awards.
