What you'll do

Summary

£14.65 - £15.15 per hour | 35 to 40 hour contract | Night Shifts | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

What you'll do

  1. Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
  2. Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
  3. Create an environment where colleagues can succeed alongside you
  4. Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
  5. Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
  6. Provide the best experience for our customers every time they visit

What you'll need

  1. Experience leading a sizeable team in a busy, fast-paced environment
  2. Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team
  3. Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm in any situation
