Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead night shifts, motivate a sizeable team, and manage daily store operations with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.

You will be responsible for staffing, delegating tasks, handling cash processes, inventory, and ensuring smooth shifts while upholding Lidl's standards and values. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Summary

£15.45 per hour | full time hour contract | Night Shifts | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave
