Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a store team in a fast-paced environment. You will motivate staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor while maintaining high standards and customer service.

You will receive a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95 per hour) with shifts including weekends, bank holidays, and night premiums. A generous benefits package and opportunities for progression support your career growth at Lidl.
