About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Shift Manager to join our team in Bristol. The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of 14.95 up to 15.45 per hour, a 35-40 hour contract, various shifts, 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, and enhanced family leave.

As a Retail Shift Manager, you will help us maintain our high standards day after day. Your responsibilities will include motivating your team, taking responsibility for the shop floor, and keeping our store running like clockwork in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

What you'll do

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
• Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
• Give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store
