What you'll do
Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
Provide excellent customer experiences every time they visit your store.
What you'll need
Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team.
Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm in any situation.
