As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will:

  • Motivate and support your team, following our Leadership and Company Principles
  • Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively

  • Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
  • Handle inventory, stock management, cash processes, and ensure smooth shifts
