In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts. We also offer a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and work-life balance.

What you'll do
Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
Provide our customers with the very best experience every time they visit your store.
What you'll need
Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team.
Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm in any situation.
Passion to thrive as a key part of the Store Team.
A proactive and encouraging approach to help your colleagues develop themselves and store operations.
