What you'll do

1. Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
2. Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively.
3. Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
4. Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
5. Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
6. Provide excellent customer service during every visit.
