What you'll do
• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
• Create an environment where colleagues can succeed
• Manage store operations and team in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management
• Provide excellent customer experience
