What you'll do
  • Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
  • Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively

  • Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
  • Handle stock, cash processes, inventory, and ensure smooth shifts
  • Provide excellent customer service
