Lidl GB in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to keep our store running smoothly, lead a busy team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll motivate colleagues, delegate tasks, and manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring freshness, cash flow, and stock are handled efficiently.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£16.30–£16.80) with bonuses for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a benefits package to support well-being and work-life

£16.30 - £16.80 per hour | Full Time contract | Mix of Morning and Evening shifts | Flexible on the Wekends | Interviews to be held on 30th October 2026 | Due to early starts and late finishes, public transport options may be limited.
