Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in Buckler's Park. You’ll motivate your team, keep the shop floor running smoothly, and take responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.

The role offers £15.45-£15.95 per hour for a 40-hour contract, AM/PM shifts, five days a week, plus holiday entitlement, in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension, and long service awards.
