Lidl GB is hiring a Retail Shift Manager in the UK. You will lead a busy store team, ensure high standards, and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You will motivate staff, delegate tasks, and handle customer service, stock, and cash processes while delivering a great shopping experience for customers on every visit.

£15.45- £15.95 per hour | 25 hour contract | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave
