Job summary

Lidl GB in Manchester is hiring a Retail Shift Manager to help maintain our high standards and keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead your team, delegate tasks, and resolve issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

You’ll receive a competitive hourly pay (£15.45) with a 35-hour contract, plus extra pay for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

• Manage store operations in absence of Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Deliver the best customer experience every visit to the store.
