Job Summary

Salary: £14.65 - £15.15 per hour | Contract: 40 hours/week | Holiday: 30-35 days (pro rata) | Benefits: 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, embodying our Leadership and Company Principles
• Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively

• Manage store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management
• Ensure customers have the best experience during every visit
