Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store floor, motivate the team, and ensure smooth operations across shifts. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing stock and cash processes, and supporting leadership in day-to-day decisions.

The role offers an hourly pay rate of £15.45–£15.95 with 35 hours per week, including AM and PM shifts, plus holiday entitlement and a benefits package designed to support well-being.
