Your Role: As a Retail Shift Manager, you'll help maintain high standards daily. Your responsibilities include motivating your team, managing the shop floor, and ensuring smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:

1. Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
2. Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively.

4. Manage store operations and team in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy.
5. Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management.
6. Ensure customers have a great experience during every visit.
